Schmolik 64 Update (2/13/15)

Hello, college basketball fans!

Welcome to the second Schmolik 64 update for 2015.

Normally I only seed the first 12 seeds until Championship Week. I find most seeds below 12 to be for teams that are from one bid conferences where only the winner of the tournament gets in. So I don't feel it is accurate to decide whether the Horizon Conference champion is a 14 or a 15 seed when nobody even can guess who they are. Because there are 32 automatic bids and 18 teams seeded 13-16, I must choose teams from 14 different conferences.
